The Bonazzi and Boscaini cellar will guide you in a journey through its territory and passion for winemaking: a treasure that has been handed down for generations...
In 1935 Luigi Bonazzi began to grow grapes and produce wine for family and local use as sharecropper, but it was only in 1968 that Franco Bonazzi Boscaini marrying Julia began to equip the cellar with facilities able to meet a wider market.
Their great passion for making ne wines such as Amarone and Recioto was boosted thanks to the entry of their sons into the familiy’s activity, thanks to the best school existing in the world: the experience of their grandfather and father.
Today the cellar is handled by Giovanni and Luigi. It has its own vineyards and also it rents vineyards in the Valpolicella Classica area and on the eastern shore of Garda Lake. Giovanni follows the vineyards and takes care and ensures the quality of the grapes. Giovanni is also the reference person for marketing development.
Luigi handles the winemaking process and guarantees the authenticity of the product.
The current reality is a cellar producing wines of high value from Amarone to Recioto and Ripasso as well as Valpolicella, thanks to vineyards located in the foothill area, on medium-soil, deep and fertile.
