AGING PROCESS: Maceration for 12 hours at 8°/10°C. Soft press of the grapes. The must is clarified through cold settling for 24 hours at 8°C
and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 days
TASTING NOTES: Aroma of mineral notes with a pleasant toasted hazelnut nuance and mature fruits. Rich and zesty with body and structure. Nutty finish typical of this local grape with impressive length.
