    AGING PROCESS:  After the fermentation of the pressed grapes for a minimum of 15 days, the wine is held inside oak French tonneaux for a period of 12 months.


    TASTING NOTES:  Ruby red color, with violet nuances, announcing fresh fragrances of rosemary and maquis mixed with red fruits, berry, marasca, myrtle, as well as the spicy notes of the oak French barrels. Remarkable freshness and elegant tannicity follow the warm impact inside the mouth mixing together and producing a soft, velvety combination. Good intensity and persistency.
