A grape not generally associated with Italy in the way that it is with California and France however the wine makers of Friuli have been growing and refining the Merlot grape for hundreds of years. Intense ruby color and morello cherry nose give this wine a mouth watering complexity most drinkers will find to be a suprisingly first class merlot experience.
