Greco di Tufo DOCG
AGING PROCESS: the grapes are hand-picked and carefully transported to the winery in small perforated crates, then are selected and softly pressed. The fermentation is carried out at low temperature and lasts for about a month. The wine is aged in stainless steel for five months, with periodical bâtonnage.
TASTING NOTES: deep golden yellow colour. It has perfumed notes of orange blossom, grapefruit peel and pineapple. The taste is soft, juicy, with a long finish that reveals, in retro-nasal, pleasant sensations of dried apricot.
