GRAPES: 5% Sangiovese, 40% Merlot, 55% Cabernet Sauvignon

AGING PROCESS: Manually harvested, and held in oak.

 

TASTING NOTES: Intense ruby red color with hints of purple and crimson.  Initial fruity notes of wild strawberry, final notes of cocoa and licorice.  A well-balanced wine with tannins and acidity, persistent on the palate with pleasants hints of spices, oak, and red fruits.
