Masseria Cardillo Malandrina

  • Varietal: Primitivo, Cabernet, Merlot

     

    Harvesting: Manual grape harvesting from the end of September.

     

    Wine Process: In small fermenters for about 10 days.

     

    Aging: In small French oak barrels at least 12 months.

     

    Notes: Intense and persistent, with hints of jam, from the data of raisins, spiced.  Taste: warm, full-bodied, slightly tannic, due mostly to the vine "Primitive", but velvety and spicy.
