GRAPES: 100% Pecorino
AGING PROCESS: Maceration for 12 hours at 8°/10°C. Soft press of the grapes. The must is clarified through cold settling for 24 hours at 8°C
and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 days
TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow green reflections, the aroma is broad and distinct. Notes of ripe nectarine, flowers, thyme and rosemary, sweet tangerine and minerals. Warmth and softness are well supported by a strong acidity, with a fruity finish.
