Alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and in 225 Lt barriques. Aging for 9 months in steel containers and 225 Lt barriques, 5 months in the bottle.CHARACTER
Nicoleo has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens fruity with notes of green apple, peach, ending with hints of almond and delicate white flowers. On the palate excellent freshness and pleasant minerality.
