Sensory notes A Vermentino vinified in purity with a full flavor and a long persistence on the nose as well as on the palate. Notes of white-fleshed fruit, pear, peach and flowers typical of the Mediterranean scrub, hawthorn and wild pear. Hints of orange peel and grapefruit stand out. The finish is long and persistent, almond with mineral echoes.
